Tania Monla provides In-Home ABA Programs and Parent Training for Children with Autism & Other Related Disorders.

 

I specialize in In-Home ABA programs for children with Autism and other related disorders in the Geneva Region, Switzerland.

My mission is to improve the quality of lives of children and families with Autism Spectrum Disorders, PDD, and behavior difficulties using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

 

My primary goal is to increase the functional and age-appropriate skills in the child’s repertoire by shaping behavior, prompting, fading procedures and positive reinforcement. In ABA, our goal is to teach more appropriate, socially acceptable forms of communication in order to gradually reduce inappropriate behaviors.

 

Parents are often the predictor of their child’s outcome therefore I place particular attention to parent training in the home-based program.

 

Parent training may also be accessed as an independent service using a consultation model. Parent training generally includes training in ABA theory and practical application, including how to teach new skills and address problem behaviors

My ultimate goal is to assist each family to build a more promising future for their child, I am committed to develop positive and individualized treatment programs that are founded on the child's personal motivations and assets using the principles of ABA.
